12th Annual Patriot Day Golf Classic and Celebration

The cost per foursome is $700 or $175 per person.
Corporate Sponsorships are available at four levels $500 (non golf), $1000, $1500, $3000 and $3500, which includes your company name on a tee, listing in the tournament program and a foursome.
